GET/connections/collecting-summary

Per-connection collected-tax tracking counts across every organization your credential can access, or one organization when you send Organization-Id. pendingCount is registrations not yet confirmed either way; fixIssuesCount is registrations confirmed as collecting that were later found not collecting on a transaction. A connection with no tracked registrations is omitted rather than reported with zero counts.
