Missing-certificate metrics

GET/exemptions/missing-certificates/metrics

Summarize a single organization's missing-certificate exposure: how many active exemptions lack a certificate, how many active exemptions there are in total, how many customers are affected, and the total US exempt sales at risk. Scoped to one organization the same way as the list. All counts are zero and the amount is 0.00 when nothing is uncertified.

Target connection id; resolves to its organization.

Platform entity id; resolves to a connection's organization.

Entity-Sourcestring

Optional source to disambiguate an Entity-Id.
