List marketplaces
List marketplace-facilitator registry rows, keyset-paginated. Covers every organization your credential owns; send an Organization-Id, Connection-Id or Entity-Id selector to narrow to one. status defaults to NO and NEEDS_REVIEW rows; set includeConfirmed to see YES rows instead. Filter with sourceTypes (comma-separated), sourceNames (comma-separated), sourceId and connectionId. Pass limit and the opaque cursor from a prior response to page.
