Confirm collected-tax mode for registrations on a connection

POST/connections/{conn_id}/confirm-collecting

Confirm collected-tax mode for the given registrations on a connection. Only pending or fix-issues registrations are affected; the rest are ignored. Returns 404 if the connection does not exist or belongs to an organization your credential cannot access. A multi-org credential must send an Organization-Id, Connection-Id or Entity-Id selector, or gets a 400.
