Archive a transaction

POST/transactions/archive

Archive a transaction for the resolved organization. One-way: an archived transaction is excluded from every read on this API and cannot be restored, and its sales stop counting toward nexus. Archiving a transaction you do not own answers 404, identical to one that does not exist; a locked or already-filed transaction answers 409.
