GET/public/reports/downloads/{download_token}

Redirect to a short-lived presigned URL for a completed report. The link token in the path is the only credential; no Api-Key or bearer token is needed or accepted. Returns 404 if the link is unknown or the report is not yet ready, and 410 if the link has expired.
