Get a filing's payment instructions
Fetch the latest payment instructions sent for a filing whose tax you pay to the tax authority yourself, with every payment receipt uploaded for the filing. Searched across every organization your credential owns, so no selector is needed for a known id. Download a receipt through GET /attachments/{id}/download. Returns 404 if the filing does not exist, belongs to an organization your credential cannot access, or has no payment instructions.
