Create bank account
Adds one bank account for the organization. The first account becomes the debit account. A later account does not replace it. Call set-primary to choose a different debit account. The response masks the account and routing numbers to their last four characters. An Owner or Admin can call this route, and an API key can too. The organization is selected by Organization-Id, Connection-Id, or Entity-Id.
