GET /v1/products/categories

Get product categories

The Get Product Categories API retrieves all
    product categories.  This endpoint helps users understand and select the
    appropriate categories for their products.

Category: Products

Response fields:
name (string, required) - Tax category display label (e.g. 'Physical', 'Services', 'Digital', 'Misc').
subcategories (ProductSubCategory[], required) - List of subcategories associated with the product category
  name (string, required) - Tax subcategory display label (e.g. 'Oral Hygiene', 'Medical Devices').
  description (string, required) - Description of the subcategory in the context of sales tax
  example (string, required) - Example products or services within the subcategory
  is_frequent (boolean) - Indicates if the subcategory is a frequent subcategory used by the organization. This field is deprecated.

Response statuses: 200, 401, 404, 422, 500
