Start a freshbooks oauth connect

Return the FreshBooks consent URL for the resolved organization. A multi-org credential must send an `Organization-Id`, `Connection-Id` or `Entity-Id` selector, or gets a 400. Call this from a browser with credentials (cookies) included: the callback that finishes the connect is bound to the session cookie this response sets, so it only completes for the same browser.

Category: Connections

Request body:
historicalSyncStartDate (string) - Import floor captured at connect time, as YYYY-MM-DD. `null` imports all available history.

Response fields:
authUrl (string, required) - Consent URL to redirect the user to.

Response statuses: 200, 400, 401, 403, 404, 409, 422
